NIA Advantage After School Program

The students attending the NIA Advantage After School program at P.S. 247
take part in a multifaceted program that includes academic enhancement activities (homework help, test preparation, KidzLit), pregnancy prevention counseling (accurate, age-appropriate, balanced, sexuality education and counseling), and cultivating character and positive self-image through cultural programs (dance, guitar, drama, video, opera and art activities) and recreational activities (sports, martial arts and yoga).
