Fee-Based After School Registration

For all fee-based after school programs, please fill out and submit the form below.

Please note that we now offer two payment options:

Option 1: Full Payment of $3,500 due at registration ($100 Discount if paid upfront).

Option 2: Pay 4 Equal Payments of $900 (totaling $3,600) once upon enrollment, and in November, February, and April. You will be sent an invoice after the form submission.

NOTE: All registrants who are fully registered and have paid by August 1, 2025, will be permitted to begin on the first day of the program. Registrants after this date will be placed on a waitlist and assigned a later start date.

PS 95, PS 104, PS 114Q, PS 121, PS 134, PS 185, PS 199, PS 295, PS 482 Albee Sq, and PS 682/686
