Fee-Based After School Registration
For all fee-based after school programs, please fill out and submit the form below.
Please note that we now offer two payment options:
Option 1: Full payment received by June 30, 2026–$3,400 ($200 discount). After June 30th, 2026 full payment $3,500 ($100 discount).
Option 2: Pay 4 Equal Payments of $900 (totaling $3,600) once upon enrollment, and in November, February, and April. You will be sent an invoice after the form submission.

PS 104, PS 114Q, PS 121, PS 185, PS 199, PS 482 Albee Sq., and PS 682/686
NOTE: All applicants registered by August 1, 2026 and up-to-date with their selected payment plan will be permitted to begin on the first day of program. Applicants registered on August 1, 2026 or later will be placed on a program waitlist and will be assigned a start date based upon each program's staffing capacity. Immediate start dates cannot be guaranteed.
