Wellness & Family Resources
Building Strong Families. Supporting Wellness. Connecting Communities.
Wellness & Family Resources is a central hub within NIA Community Services Network, connecting children, families, NIA programs, and community partners to resources, services, education, and support.
We help families navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, develop practical skills, and connect with trusted community resources. Through individualized family support, parenting education, caregiver wellness workshops, and partnerships, we work to promote healthier relationships and stronger communities.
All services are free.
Who Can Join?
Our services are designed for parents, caregivers, expectant and new mothers, and families seeking support, guidance, and opportunities to grow. We welcome families from diverse backgrounds and recognize that every household has unique strengths and needs.

“After joining and listening to other parents’ stories, I learned the importance of expressing my feelings and that we all are trying hard to be better parents, and we shouldn’t be harsh on ourselves.”
